Today, I want to talk about my journey with WWE, specifically my 168th day out of 197 days of engagement.
So, I started my day like any other, diving straight into the world of wrestling. I read through some articles about the history of the WWF, which later became WWE due to some legal battle with the World Wildlife Fund. Interesting stuff, you know?
Then, I watched some matches. As I was watching, I remembered reading somewhere that wrestlers usually know the outcome of a match before they even step into the ring. The only exception is if someone gets injured during the match and they have to change the ending on the spot. Imagine the pressure!
- I spent hours going through videos and articles about my favorite superstars.
- I learned about the Golden Era, which was from 1982 to 1993, and how Hulk Hogan was a big deal back then.
I also stumbled upon some information about a trademark issue over the name “Superstars of Wrestling.” It seems like WWE is still trying to settle that.
Later in the day, I tried to play a WWE game. I wanted to customize the roster for my GM mode, but I couldn’t quite figure it out. I think there’s an option in the settings menu to select which superstars are available to be drafted, but I need to look into it more.
Towards the end of the day, I checked out the Internet Wrestling Database. I noticed some matches didn’t have information on their length, and there was a note saying, “Not eligible for the matchguide: unknown match length.” I guess I could send them the missing information if I knew it.
It’s been a long day, but a good one. Diving deep into the world of WWE always gets me pumped up. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
My Summary of the Day
I immersed myself in the world of WWE, reading about its history, watching matches, and even trying to set up a game. It’s fascinating how much goes on behind the scenes, from legal battles to the way matches are planned. Plus, I got to revisit some of my favorite moments from the Golden Era. What a day!
