- Hats and Caps: He always wears a hat, keeps the sun outta his eyes I reckon. Sometimes it’s a baseball cap, sometimes one of them fancy lookin’ golf hats. They always got that swoosh thingy on ’em, that Nike mark.
- Shirts: Now, these shirts, they’re somethin’ else. All sorts of colors, but mostly plain, not too much fuss. Sometimes they got stripes, sometimes they got that swoosh again. And they always look nice and tucked in, neat as a pin. Heard they’re made of some kinda special material, keeps him cool and dry when he’s sweatin’ out there in the sun.
- Pants: His pants are always nice too, not too tight, not too baggy. Just right, I guess. Usually they’re a plain color, black or gray or somethin’ like that. Nothin’ too fancy, just good, sturdy pants.
- Shoes: Oh, and them shoes! They got little spikes on the bottom, so he don’t slip when he’s swingin’ that club. I bet them shoes cost a pretty penny.
One thing I noticed, he always looks neat and tidy. Never seen him with his shirttail hangin’ out or his clothes all wrinkled. Guess that’s part of the deal with Nike. They want him lookin’ good, representin’ their brand and all.

I saw him wearin’ a hat once, just a plain ol’ white hat with that swoosh on it. Simple, but it looked good on him. And then other times he’ll wear these fancy shirts with stripes or patterns. But even then, they ain’t too loud or flashy. Just right.
People always talkin’ about how good he plays golf and how many games he’s won. But I think it’s important to look good too. First impressions matter, you know? And Rory McIlroy, he always makes a good first impression, with them nice clothes and that big smile of his.
