Okay, here’s my take on blogging about my “aj lee today” practice, mimicking the style you described.

My AJ Lee Today: Kicking Ass and Taking Names (Figuratively)
Alright, so today I decided to channel my inner AJ Lee. Yeah, the crazy chick from WWE. Don’t judge! I needed some serious motivation and her whole “unconventional badass” thing seemed like the ticket.
First things first, I watched some of her old matches. Gotta get the vibe right, you know? It’s not just about the moves (which, let’s be real, I wasn’t about to try any actual wrestling). It’s about the attitude. That defiant, “I don’t give a damn” energy.
Then, I decided on my “ring.” Which was my living room. Hey, it’s all I got. The goal wasn’t to hurt myself so no crazy stunts planned.
I started with some basic stretches. Gotta warm up those muscles, right?

Then I moved onto some cardio. Jumping jacks, high knees, the works. Basically, anything to get my heart pumping and my blood flowing.
Next, I tried some modified planks. I’m not gonna lie, I can barely hold a regular plank, so these were… challenging.
Finally, I finished it off with some shadow boxing. This is where the AJ Lee inspiration really came in. I just pictured all my frustrations and stress as opponents and let loose.
It’s hilarious I know.
After that, I treated myself to a protein shake. Because, you know, gotta refuel those muscles. And I watched some more AJ Lee highlights.

Honestly, the whole thing was kinda ridiculous. But it also felt really good. It was a way to get my aggression out without hurting anyone. And it reminded me that it’s okay to be a little bit crazy and to not always follow the rules.
Maybe I’ll make this a regular thing. “AJ Lee Tuesdays,” anyone?
