Okay, so I’ve been fiddling around with something lately, thought I’d share how it went. I got this idea to make a personalized Genshin player card. You know, like those summary images people share sometimes? I wanted one for myself, something that showed off my main team and progress.

Getting Started – The Idea Phase
First off, I had to decide what info was actually important enough to put on this card. There’s so much stuff in Genshin, right? I figured the essentials would be:
- My In-Game Name and UID (gotta let people add me!).
- My Adventure Rank (AR) and World Level.
- My main characters, probably the ones in my profile showcase.
- Maybe their levels or constellation? Keep it simple though.
Didn’t want to cram too much onto it, wanted it clean looking.
Finding the Pieces
Next step was gathering the actual assets. I needed good pictures of my characters. Just went in-game and took some screenshots using the camera function, tried to get decent poses against a simple background. For the stats like AR and UID, I just noted them down.
For the character specific details like levels, I thought about typing it all manually. But then I remembered seeing those web tools online. You punch in your UID, make sure your character showcase is public in the game settings, and boom – it pulls up your displayed characters and their basic info. Super handy. So, I used one of those sites to quickly grab the levels and stuff for the characters I wanted to feature. Saved me some typing.
Putting It Together – Trial and Error
Alright, time to actually build the card. I’m no graphic designer, okay? I just opened up a simple image editing program I had. Think something basic, like * or maybe GIMP? Can’t recall exactly which one I settled on.

I started by picking a background. Found a nice landscape screenshot I took in Liyue. Then I began pasting in the character images I screenshotted earlier. Cutting them out neatly from their original backgrounds was a bit fiddly, gotta admit. Took a few tries to make them not look totally jagged.
Then I added text boxes for the UID, AR, and character names/levels. Picking fonts was another mini-adventure. Wanted something readable but also kinda fitting the Genshin vibe. Played around with colors and placement for a while. Seriously, arranging stuff takes longer than you think. I kept shuffling things around until it looked balanced, not too empty, not too crowded.
The Result
After maybe an hour or two of tweaking, cutting, pasting, and resizing, I finally had something I liked. It’s got my name, UID, AR, World Level clearly visible. Below that, there are the images of my four main showcase characters, each with their name and level underneath. The Liyue background gives it a nice touch.
It’s nothing super fancy, definitely handmade looking, but it’s mine! It neatly summarizes my current standing in the game in a way that’s easy to share. Pretty happy with how it turned out for a quick little project.
Final Thoughts
It was actually quite fun doing this. A nice little creative detour. It’s cool having a custom visual snapshot of my Genshin profile. Maybe down the line, I could think about adding constellation info or maybe even basic weapon icons, but for now, this simple version does the job. Just a cool little thing to have.
