Seems he was involved in some kinda trouble, and the officers had to give him a dose of Narcan—yes, Narcan, to save him from some opioid issue. Poor fella, he’s been through a whole lot, ain’t he?
Now, here’s where it gets a little more heart-wrenching. You see, Delonte didn’t just go and vanish from the headlines. A lotta people started seein’ him on the streets, panhandlin’ for some change. That’s how rough things got for him, folks. He went from NBA courts to the street corners, and it wasn’t pretty.
