Okay, so I finally got around to tackling that Oracle Pillars Picture thing in Genshin the other day. Took me a bit, not gonna lie, but I got there.

Finding the Spot
First off, I had to actually find the darn puzzle. It was tucked away in one of those ruin areas, you know the type. Lots of broken walls and those weird glowing symbols everywhere. Spotted these tall stone pillars, looked important.
The Puzzle Itself
So there were these pillars, maybe five or six of them? And nearby, on a wall, was this carving, like a picture made of glowing lines. It showed the pillars, kinda, but in a specific pattern or sequence. My first thought was, “Okay, gotta hit these things.” Classic Genshin.
Initial Attempts (and fails)
- I tried just whacking them randomly. Nope. Nothing happened, they just reset.
- Then I thought maybe it was about the type of element. Switched characters, tried Pyro, Electro, Hydro… still nothing. The pillars just glowed for a second then faded.
- Looked back at the picture carving on the wall. Really stared at it this time.
Figuring it Out
That’s when it clicked. The picture wasn’t just showing the pillars, it showed an order. Like, which one lit up first, then second, and so on. The lines kinda connected them in a sequence. It seemed obvious once I saw it, always does, right?
Getting it Done

So, I pulled out my trusty Electro character (Fischl, I think? Or maybe Lisa, can’t recall exactly). Went to the pillar that looked like the starting point in the carving. Zapped it. It stayed lit!
Then I followed the path shown in the carving. Ran over to the second pillar in the sequence, zapped it. That one stayed lit too. Did the same for the third, fourth, and fifth. Had to be quick before they reset, though I think once you start the sequence right, they give you a bit more time.
Completion!
After hitting the last pillar in the correct order shown on the wall carving, there was this low humming sound. The symbols on all the pillars flared up brightly, and then boom! A chest popped up right in the middle of the area. Felt pretty good, solving it myself without looking it up. Just took a bit of looking closely at that wall picture.
So yeah, that was my little adventure with the Oracle Pillars. Just gotta pay attention to those wall carvings sometimes. They aren’t always just decoration.
