Alright, so I decided I needed to put together my own Mobile Legends tier list. You see so many out there, and honestly, sometimes I just don’t agree, you know? Based on the games I’ve been playing, things feel different on the ground.

Getting Started
First thing I did was just open up the game. Stared at that huge hero screen for a bit. Man, there are a lot of heroes now. It’s kinda crazy. I grabbed a notebook, like an old-school one, and just started jotting down names that immediately came to mind as strong or weak. No real order yet, just getting thoughts out.
The Grind and Observation
Then came the main part: playing. A lot. I tried to play different roles, not just stick to my mains. Watched how heroes performed, both on my team and the enemy team. Who was carrying? Who felt useless? This wasn’t a one-day thing. I spent maybe a week or two, just playing ranked, classic, brawl, whatever, paying attention to hero impact.
- Tanks: Who could actually soak damage and set up plays?
- Mages: Who had the big burst or control?
- Marksmen: Who really hurt late game?
- Fighters/Assassins: Who could get in, do the job, and get out (or just dominate the lane)?
- Supports: Who actually made a difference in team fights?
It’s really about the feel, you know? Some heroes look good on paper, but in a real messy match, they just fall apart. Others might seem simple but always seem to cause trouble.
Making the Tiers
Okay, after playing a ton, I needed some structure. I decided on a simple tier system. Something like:
- S Tier: The really dominant ones. Pick or ban stuff.
- A Tier: Super solid picks, work in most situations.
- B Tier: Good heroes, but maybe need the right team or are counterable.
- C Tier: Niche picks or heroes who are just okay.
- D Tier: Honestly, probably need a buff or are just hard to make work right now.
Nothing too fancy. Just straightforward tiers.

Putting Heroes in Boxes
This was the tough part. I went back to my notes and the hero list in the game. Started dragging names (well, writing them) into the tiers. Some were easy. Everyone knows certain heroes are busted right now. Others were hard. Like, a hero might be strong in coordinated teams but weak in solo queue. Where do you put them? I tried to think about their general impact across most games I played.
Seriously, I moved heroes around a lot. Put someone in A, played a few more games, thought “Nah, they’re B tier at best,” and moved them down. Or the other way around. You get the idea. It wasn’t scientific, just based on my gut feeling and what I saw happening in actual matches.
Checking It Twice
Once I had a first draft, I let it sit for a day. Came back with fresh eyes. Looked it over. Did it make sense? Was I being biased towards heroes I like playing? I tweaked a few more placements. Tried to be honest about even my favorite heroes if they weren’t cutting it.
The Final (For Now) List
So, yeah. I finally got it to a point where I felt okay about it. It’s my list, based on my games recently. It’s not gospel truth, and it’ll probably change next week when they drop a new patch or buff someone unexpected. But for now, it feels like an honest reflection of what I’m seeing in Mobile Legends. Felt good to actually get it down on paper, you know? Sorted through the chaos a bit.
