Okay, so I’ve been messing around with getting TNA stuff onto WWE, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a journey. I wanted to share what I did, what worked, what didn’t, and where I’m at now. Think of it as my personal notes, all sprawled out.

Getting Started
First, I had to figure out where to even start. I mean, it’s not like there’s a giant “Import TNA Roster” button. My initial thought was to try and create custom wrestlers. This is the longest process I’ve ever done, and it takes a lot of time.
So, I started by gathering reference images. Lots of them. Front, side, back, close-ups of logos, tattoos, everything. You’re gonna need this if you want any kind of accuracy.
Creating My First Wrestler (and Failing… a Lot)
I jumped into the creation suite. I’m no artist, let me tell you. My first attempt at, say, AJ Styles, looked more like… well, let’s just say he wouldn’t be winning any championships. The face was off, the gear was all wrong, and the proportions were just…weird.
- Face Sculpting: This was the hardest part. I spent hours tweaking sliders, and it still looked kinda funky. It is what it is.
- Attire: Getting the logos right was a pain. I ended up having to basically freehand draw some of them using the in-game tools. Not perfect, but it got the job done…kinda.
- Movesets: This was actually kind of fun. I went through tons of videos of TNA matches and tried to replicate their signature moves. It’s not 100%, but it’s close enough to get that nostalgic feel.
Finding Community Creations
Then, I discovered the community creations. And wow, that changed everything. Turns out, a lot of people are way better at this than I am! I found some amazing TNA wrestlers created by other users. It’s awesome.
I downloaded a bunch of them, and suddenly my WWE universe had a major TNA invasion. It was great!

The Current State of My Universe
Right now, my universe is a mix of my own (admittedly janky) creations and some fantastic community ones. I’ve got classic TNA rivalries going on, and it’s been a blast.
Things I Learned
- Patience is key: Creating wrestlers takes time, especially if you’re aiming for accuracy.
- Community is your friend: Don’t be afraid to use community creations. There’s some serious talent out there.
- It’s all about having fun: Even if my creations aren’t perfect, it’s still cool to see these guys back in action.
I’m still messing around with it, and i will continue to explore it to satisfy my desire. It’s a work in progress, but it’s been a fun project.
