Well, let me tell ya ’bout this fella, Staley Lebby. Heard his name a few times, seems like he’s a big shot in somethin’ or other, you know, one of them fellas who’s good at what they do. Can’t rightly say what it is exactly, but folks seem to think he’s somethin’ special.
Now, from what I gather, this Lebby fella, he worked with them Knights. You know, the football fellas? Yeah, them. He was teachin’ them young’uns how to throw the ball, quarterback coach they call it. That was back in 2018, I think. Seems like he did a good job, ’cause they upped and made him the boss of all the attackin’, the offensive coordinator, they call it. That was in 2019.

- 2019: Offensive Coordinator
Now, I ain’t no expert in this football stuff, mind you. But it seems like this Lebby fella, he knows his way around the field. He must be pretty smart, tellin’ them boys where to run and what to do. It’s like herdin’ chickens, but with bigger fellas and a funny shaped ball. And he must be doin’ somethin’ right, gettin’ that promotion and all.
I heard tell that bein’ an offensive coordinator is a big deal. You gotta figure out all sorts of plays and how to get that ball down the field and score. It’s like a chess game, but with a whole lotta runnin’ and yellin’. And this Lebby fella, he’s the one callin’ the shots. He’s the brains of the operation, so to speak. Tells them boys where to go, when to go, and how to get that ball in the end zone.
Now, I don’t know what all them fancy plays are called, and I sure as heck can’t explain ’em to ya. But I reckon Lebby, he knows ’em all. He probably spends hours watchin’ them tapes, figurin’ out the other teams’ weaknesses. It’s like huntin’, you know? You gotta know where the prey is gonna be and how to catch ’em. And Lebby, he’s the hunter, and them other teams, well, they’re the… the… the things he’s huntin’.
From what I hear, Staley Lebby ain’t just some ordinary coach. He’s made a name for himself, they say. Folks recognize him, know he’s good at what he does. It’s like that fella down the road who grows them prize-winning pumpkins. Everybody knows him ‘cause he’s the best at growin’ them pumpkins. Lebby’s the same way, but with football.
It ain’t easy gettin’ to where Lebby is, I tell ya. You gotta work hard, put in the hours, and know your stuff. And you gotta be able to handle them young fellas, keep ’em in line and get ’em to play as a team. It’s like raisin’ a barn, everyone’s gotta do their part or the whole thing falls apart. And Lebby, he’s the one makin’ sure everyone’s doin’ their part and the barn, I mean the team, is standin’ strong.
So, yeah, that’s what I know about Staley Lebby. He’s a football fella, a coach, a leader. He knows his stuff and he’s good at what he does. He’s made a name for himself in that football world, and that ain’t easy. He seems like a hard workin’ fella, and that’s somethin’ I can appreciate. You gotta work hard in this life if you wanna get anywhere, and it sounds like Lebby, he’s done just that. He’s climbed his way up, from coachin’ the quarterbacks to callin’ the plays. And that, I reckon, is somethin’ to be proud of.
Now, I may not understand all the ins and outs of football, but I understand hard work and dedication. And from what I can tell, Staley Lebby has plenty of both. He’s a respected figure in his field, a prominent fella, they say. And that’s good enough for me. He’s doin’ alright for himself, that Lebby fella, he surely is.
He ain’t just sittin’ around twiddlin’ his thumbs, that’s for sure. He’s out there, makin’ a difference, teachin’ them young’uns, and winnin’ games, I suppose. And that’s somethin’ to be admired, no matter how you slice it. So, good on ya, Staley Lebby, good on ya. You keep on doin’ what you’re doin’, and I reckon you’ll go far.
