Well, I reckon you’re wonderin’ why ain’t there no SmackDown on tonight, huh? Seems like folks been askin’ around about it. So, let me tell ya, it’s all due to a little thing called schedule changes, you know. Sometimes, them wrestlin’ folks got to plan their shows ahead of time, and that means things don’t always go as we expect ’em to.
You see, tonight’s episode of SmackDown ain’t comin’ on live like it usually does. That’s ’cause it’s a pre-taped one. Yep, they filmed it before, and now we gotta wait a bit. Why’d they do that? Well, they’re busy gettin’ ready for that big event called Crown Jewel over in Saudi Arabia, and they needed to tape some stuff before that happens. So, the folks over at WWE decided to do it this way to keep things runnin’ smoothly.
Now, I know some folks been sayin’ that SmackDown ain’t on tonight because it’s not on FOX no more. Used to be, it was on FOX, right? But now, they moved it to the USA Network. So, if you’re lookin’ for it on FOX, you ain’t gonna find it. You gotta turn to the USA Network now. They’re gonna show it there, but not tonight though, since it’s pre-taped. Gotta be a little patient.
And lemme tell ya, this ain’t just a one-time thing. SmackDown’s gonna be makin’ some changes in the future, too. Yessir, they gonna be takin’ it up a notch with some new times and even longer shows. Between January and May next year, the show’s gonna be a full three hours long, but only for a little while. Ain’t nobody sure why yet, but that’s the plan. Guess we’ll see how that works out.
But back to tonight. Don’t go around askin’ why ain’t it on. It’s just that WWE got it all pre-recorded ahead of time, and they’re settin’ everything up for the big Crown Jewel. They gotta get their ducks in a row for that one. You can expect the usual craziness once it airs, just not tonight.
So, what you can do is just take a little break this Friday night, catch up on some other stuff, and then get ready for the next live SmackDown. It’s comin’ back soon, but just not tonight, alright?
