Alright folks, lemme tell you about this “seeker of change gzw” thing I’ve been messing with. It’s a bit of a journey, so buckle up.

First off, I stumbled upon this idea kinda randomly. I was looking for a way to, you know, shake things up a bit in my daily grind. Feeling stuck in a rut, same old same old. So, I started digging around online, looking for inspiration, life hacks, anything to break the monotony.
Then, I came across this concept – let’s call it “intentional disruption.” The idea is simple: actively seek out small changes to introduce into your routine. Not talking about quitting your job or anything drastic, just little tweaks to your habits and mindset.
So, I thought, why not give it a shot? I started small. Instead of my usual coffee at the same cafe, I tried a new place down the street. Turns out, they have amazing croissants. Little win, right?
Next, I decided to tackle my commute. Always the same route, same traffic jams. So, I started experimenting with different streets, even tried taking the bus a couple of times. Some routes were awful, some were surprisingly pleasant. The point wasn’t to find the fastest way, but to experience something different.
Then I moved onto something bigger. I started learning a new skill. Always wanted to learn some basic coding, so I signed up for a free online course. It’s been challenging, but also surprisingly rewarding. I’m still a beginner, but I’m learning something new every day.

Here’s where it gets interesting. I started noticing a shift in my perspective. These small changes, they weren’t just about breaking the routine. They were about actively engaging with the world around me, about being open to new experiences.
It’s like, I was waking up a little bit. Noticing things I hadn’t noticed before. Talking to people I wouldn’t have talked to otherwise.
Now, I’m not saying this “seeker of change gzw” thing is a magic bullet. It’s not going to solve all your problems or turn you into a new person overnight. But it can be a powerful tool for shaking things up, for breaking out of your comfort zone, and for experiencing the world in a new way.
So, if you’re feeling stuck, bored, or just looking for a little bit of change, I encourage you to give it a try. Start small, be open to new experiences, and see where it takes you. You might be surprised at what you discover.
- Try a new restaurant
- Take a different route to work
- Learn a new skill
- Talk to someone new
The key is to be intentional about it. Don’t just drift through life, actively seek out opportunities for change. You never know what you might find.

That’s my take on it. Hope it helps some of you out there. Peace!
