Okay, so I wanted to keep better track of Scottie Scheffler’s tournament schedule. I’m a huge golf fan, and he’s been on fire lately, so I didn’t want to miss any of his upcoming events. Here’s how I went about figuring it out and setting up a way to stay updated.
First Step: Just Google It!
My first move, obviously, was to hit up Google. I just typed in “Scottie Scheffler schedule” and hoped for the best. I figured some major sports sites would have the info I needed.
Digging Through the Results
The search results gave me a bunch of options. I saw stuff from the official PGA Tour site, ESPN, and some other golf news places. I started clicking through them to see which one had the most complete and easy-to-read schedule.
Things I looked for:
- Clear Dates: I needed the start and end dates of each tournament.
- Tournament Names: No-brainer, had to know what he was playing in.
- Updated Info: Hopefully found some websites that keep this schedule updated.
Found My Go-To Sources
After browsing a bit, I figured out that the PGA Tour’s official site is a good start. That’s straight from the source, so it should be reliable. ESPN’s golf section was also pretty solid and had some extra details, like maybe TV broadcast times (which is a bonus!).
Setting Up Reminders (Because I’m Forgetful)
Knowing the schedule is one thing, but actually remembering to watch is another. I’m not gonna lie, I can be pretty forgetful. So, I decided to get a little proactive.
I decided my phone’s calendar was the best, simplest thing for me.
I went through the schedule I found and added each of Scottie’s tournaments to my calendar. I set reminders for the start of each tournament, so I’d get a little ping on my phone. Easy peasy!
That’s really all there is to it! Now I’ve got Scottie’s schedule at my fingertips, and I’ll hopefully get a heads-up before he tees off each time. No more missing out!
