Getting Started with Santa Sprint
Alright, so the Santa Sprint thing popped up in Monopoly Go. Looked like the usual event grind, you know? Land on specific spots, collect points, get stuff. I figured, why not give it a shot, see what goodies Santa left under the virtual tree this time.

First thing I did was check the rewards track. Gotta see if the juice is worth the squeeze, right? Some dice, some cash, the usual tokens. Looked okay, nothing spectacular, but decent enough to spend some time on.
Rolling Through the Board
So I started rolling. Kept my multiplier kinda low at first, maybe x5 or x10. Didn’t want to burn through all my dice right away. You land on the Railroads, you get the event points. Simple enough. Sometimes you hit Chance, hoping for that ‘Go to Railroad’ card. It’s always a bit of a gamble.
I tried to time my rolls a bit, watching where the point pickups were on the board. Seemed like they clustered sometimes. I focused on hitting those Railroads mainly. That seemed the most efficient way to rack up points for this Santa Sprint thing.
Heard some folks talk about that ‘no-build’ strategy. Like, save up a ton of dice, maybe 1,000 or more, then go wild building later to avoid shutdowns. Honestly? Sounds like a pain. I usually just build when I have the cash. Getting shut down is part of the game, annoying as it is. So, I mostly ignored that and just played my usual way, building here and there when I could afford an upgrade.
The Mid-Event Grind
Things got a bit tougher midway through. The points needed for each reward started climbing fast. Burned through a good chunk of dice just trying to get to the next milestone. Had a few lucky streaks hitting Railroads back-to-back with a higher multiplier, which helped. Then, inevitably, I ran dry on dice.

Had to rely on the free dice links, daily treats, and waiting for the hourly refill. It slows you right down. That’s the frustrating part of these events – they really push you to either spend real money or just grind slowly. I mostly just waited it out, playing casually when I had dice.
- Collected some okay rewards.
- Got a few sticker packs, mostly duplicates though.
- The dice rewards were nice, helped keep me rolling for a bit longer.
Wrapping Up Santa Sprint
Towards the end, I had to decide if pushing for the final big reward was worth it. Looked at the points needed, looked at my dice stash… nah. Decided to just coast. I grabbed whatever rewards I could reasonably reach without emptying my dice completely.
Overall thoughts? It was… okay. Another standard Monopoly Go event. The Santa theme was cute, but the mechanics were the same old thing. Land here, get points. The rewards were decent enough for the effort I put in, but nothing mind-blowing.
Didn’t finish the whole track this time, but I got far enough to feel like I got something out of it without stressing too much. Probably won’t remember much about Santa Sprint in a week, but it passed the time while I had my morning coffee. That’s about it, really. On to the next event, I guess.
