I’ve been paying attention to this dude, Sami Zayn, for a while now. He’s been with WWE for, like, eleven years or something, which is a pretty long time, but he’s never been a world champion. The guy is seriously determined, though. That’s what I like about him.
Recently, I found out he’s been doing some serious character development work. Man, it’s working well. I’ve noticed people talking about how when he finally turns on The Bloodline, or maybe they turn on him, he’s gonna be up for a title shot.
And then, I saw this thing about him talking about his history with Gunther. I guess they’re gonna fight at WrestleMania.
- I mean, the whole thing is about the emotion, you know? Triple H said something about that. That’s what makes Sami great. He’s not just about the fancy moves, though he does those too. It’s how he makes you feel.
I also stumbled upon a thread somewhere where people were saying that he’s, like, the most underrated wrestler right now. It is said he is under pushed wrestler now. I kinda get it, but I also see why others might disagree.
A real turning point
Here’s something crazy I found out: Sami went to this place called RejuvStem Cancun for stem cell therapy. Apparently, he’s got some old injuries that have been bugging him, and he figured it was time to take care of them. That just shows his dedication to the craft.
A touching moment
I watched this thing where he and Kevin Owens, who’s like his best friend in real life, finally got back together in the ring. I will say that is so touching, I mean, man, it got to me. It was real emotional, seeing these two buddies reunite like that.
Oh, and one more thing: I learned that Sami’s Muslim and he went to Mecca for Umrah when WWE was in Saudi Arabia. Because he is of Syrian descent, he didn’t wrestle at the events there until recently. Respect to him for that. It’s cool to see how he balances his faith and his career.
So yeah, that’s my whole thing on Sami Zayn. Just thought I’d share my observations and what I’ve learned about him lately. He’s a really interesting guy, both in and out of the ring.
