Man, I’ve been trying to get my hands on a Rickie Fowler “P” hat for a while now. You know, the one with that big ol’ “P” on the front? It’s become kind of his signature thing, and I gotta say, I’m digging it.
I started looking online first, hitting up all the usual spots. I figured, you know, someone’s gotta be selling these things. But nope, nothing. Just a bunch of regular golf hats, which, don’t get me wrong, are fine, but they’re not the “P” hat.
Then I thought, okay, maybe I need to go old school. So I started checking out golf stores in my area. I went to like three or four different places, talking to the guys who work there, showing them pictures of Rickie and his hat. They all knew what I was talking about, but nobody had it! One guy even said, “Yeah, those are pretty popular, but we don’t carry them.” Gee, thanks.
- Searched online marketplaces.
- Visited local golf shops.
- Talked to store employees.
- Showed them pictures.
It’s kinda funny, right? You see a guy wearing a hat on TV, and you think, “Oh, I can just buy that.” But apparently, it’s not that simple. I guess these “P” hats are like, special edition or something?
My Failed Attempts
I even tried to find something similar. I found a few flat-billed Titleist hats, which are cool and all, but they’re just not the same. I want that “P”! Maybe I am crazy. But I want that hat, no matter what I need to do. This is my only goal currently.
So, yeah, that’s where I’m at right now. Still hatless. Still searching. It’s become a bit of a mission, you could say. If anyone out there has any leads, let a guy know, alright? I really want to get that hat. It’s often said, “Look good, feel good, play good.” If I can get this hat, I can become a better golfer, I think!
