Okay, so today I was trying to figure out this whole “hashtag for an old pic” thing for a crossword puzzle. It seemed simple enough, but man, did I go down a rabbit hole!
My Initial Brainstorm
First, I grabbed a pen and paper – yeah, I’m old school like that sometimes. I started jotting down every hashtag I could think of that might relate to old photos. You know, the usual suspects:
- #ThrowbackThursday
- #TBT
- #FlashbackFriday
- #Vintage
- #Retro
I figured one of these would be the answer, easy peasy. But, no such luck. The crossword clue was something like “Short hashtag for a nostalgic photo,” and it had only three spaces. #TBT fit,I stared my computer, it’s my first choose!

So after all the try,the “#TBT” is the anwser of the * was a fun little challenge! Sometimes the most obvious answer is the right one. I realized, just keep it.
