Alright, so I wanted to get my hands on the Denver Nuggets’ stadium files for NBA 2K23. I’m a huge Nuggets fan, and I really wanted to make sure my game was as accurate as possible, you know?

Finding the Goods
After a bit of searching, I finally found a thread where someone had shared a link to a file pack. Jackpot! It supposedly had updated stadium files for a bunch of teams, including the Nuggets. I downloaded it, fingers crossed.
Extracting and Organizing
The download was a compressed file, so I had to extract it. Nothing complicated, just used the built in extraction on my pc. After that, I had a folder full of files. I took a quick look to make sure nothing looked suspicious – you never know with these things.
Installing the Files
Now, this is where it gets a little tricky. You can’t just dump these files anywhere. You need to find the specific NBA 2K23 folder where the stadium data is stored. I had to do some more digging online to figure out the exact location. It turned out to be buried pretty deep in the game’s installation directory. I backed up the original files first and copied it to the new location– just in case something went wrong.
Testing it Out
With the files in place, I fired up NBA 2K23. I went straight to a game with the Nuggets at home. And… there it was! The updated stadium, looking sharp. Everything seemed to be working perfectly. Success!
