So that just made his problems worse, you see?
That’s just one of the times he’s been in the spotlight. There’s talk ‘bout him bein’ mixed up in a bunch of other things too. Back in May, there were even five folks, including Kelvin, who got indicted in Carter County for an assault. Now, I don’t rightly know what happened in that one, but I reckon it was serious enough to have a jury lookin’ at it real close. This whole mess just seems to follow him around like a bad smell that won’t go away.
People say all sorts about him, and I reckon it’s easy to make assumptions from what you hear. Some folks say he’s just a man who’s always been in the wrong place at the wrong time.
