Well, let me tell ya ’bout this gal, Kacie McDonnell. Heard her name on the TV a few times, seems like she’s doin’ alright for herself.
Who is this Kacie McDonnell gal, anyway?
From what I gather, she’s one of them TV folks. You know, the ones always talkin’ on the screen. Seems she’s been around a bit, flittin’ from one job to another. Started out in sports, they say. Yeah, sports. Like them fellas runnin’ around with the balls and such. Then she hopped over to the news, chattering ’bout this and that. Now she’s doin’ somethin’ with houses, big fancy houses, I reckon. Mansion Global, they call it. Sounds mighty highfalutin to me.
What’s she been up to?
- Sports Anchor: That’s where she started, yup. Talkin’ ’bout touchdowns and home runs, I guess. Don’t know much about it myself, but seems like a lot of yellin’.
- News Lady: Then she went and started readin’ the news. Probably tellin’ us ’bout all the troubles in the world. Lord knows there’s plenty of that. She worked for some big channels, FOX News and FOX Business. They say she’s a host, which I guess means she talks a lot.
- Podcastin’: Now she’s doin’ some talkin’ on them internet thingies, podcasts they call ’em. With another gal, talkin’ ’bout bein’ a mama, I hear. “Mother Up,” somethin’ like that. Kids these days, always got somethin’ new fangled goin’ on.
- Big House Talk: And now, like I said, she’s on to talkin’ ’bout mansions. Mansion Global. Probably for rich folks, them that got more money than sense.
Kacie McDonnell’s Work History
This Kacie girl, she ain’t afraid of work, that’s for sure. Been jumpin’ around from job to job, seems like she’s always lookin’ for somethin’ new. Started out at some local TV station, WTXF-TV, they call it. Then she went to FOX, first doin’ entertainment stuff, then the news, and now she’s onto this mansion business. She joined FOX News Media in 2019, they say she was a lifestyle and entertainment anchor. That sounds like fun. I like watchin’ the stories sometimes when I have time. But mostly I like the cooking shows. Then in August 2021, she started working for FOX Business Network. Sounds important.
Is she married? Does she have kids?
Heard tell she’s married to some fella, a ball player, I think. Eric Hosmer, his name is. And they got a little one, a baby named Jack. Sweet little thing, I bet. Hope they’re happy, them two. Family’s important, ya know. It’s nice to see these young people settling down and having kids. It’s the way of the world, ain’t it?

Folks say she’s on them social medias too, showin’ off pictures and such. But I ain’t got no time for that nonsense. Too busy tryin’ to keep this ol’ place runnin’. But I guess that’s how young people do things these days. Always on their phones, clickin’ and tappin’. Don’t know what the world’s comin’ to, I tell ya.
What do I think of Kacie McDonnell?
Well, I ain’t got nothin’ against her. Seems like a hard worker, this Kacie girl. Always somethin’ new goin’ on with her. And she’s got a family, that’s good. Family’s important. Hope she does well for herself, whatever she’s doin’. As long as she ain’t causin’ no trouble, she’s alright by me. It’s good to see a young woman makin’ a name for herself. Shows you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Even talk about mansions on TV, which sounds a bit silly, but I guess someone’s gotta do it.
