Hey everyone, I want to share my recent experience with a project I’ve been working on. It’s been a wild ride, and I’ve learned a ton along the way. So, let’s dive in!
I started this whole thing because I heard the name Josh Bevell floating around. Seemed like a golf pro, and I got curious. First thing I did was hit up the search engines, trying to get a feel for who this guy is. Found out he’s an instructor at Profectus Golf, which sounded pretty legit. And yeah, he’s got a degree from Mississippi State University. Okay, cool, a business background too. Also noticed he’s based in the Nashville area – good to know.
Next, I dug a bit deeper. Saw a post on some social media, it has 340 likes and 30 comments about Bevell being the best among past champions. That got my attention. Then, I stumbled upon some stuff about watching the PGA Championship in 2024. I guess he is somewhat related to it, but it’s not a big deal for me, so I quickly skimmed through it, not really my cup of tea.
I found more scores and rankings – like him placing third in some Pro-Pro Championship and a Skins Game. Also saw some tags about Crossville. This was getting interesting. I mean, this guy seemed to be all over the place in the golfing world.
Then, I scrolled through a golf-related account and saw a post mentioning “What a great experience” from Bevell. That post got 128 likes. Okay, so he’s active and people are engaging with his stuff. There’s another post with 29 likes from January. I guess it was just some casual sharing, not very informative.
Kept digging and found out he played for Mississippi State. That’s pretty cool, a college athlete turned pro. There’s a mention of him competing in the final four events of the fall back in 2008. Seems like he’s been at it for a while.
Then, just for kicks, I searched for other famous people named Josh, and I saw a singer who’s sold millions of records and been in movies. Not my guy, but it was a fun little detour.
And to make things even weirder, I found some random stuff about a TikTok guy who got famous for yelling a Jay Z song and getting fired from his job. Definitely not the same Josh, but it gave me a good laugh.
So, after all that, what did I actually accomplish? Well, I got a pretty good picture of who Josh Bevell is in the golf world. It was a fun little research project, even though it was a bit all over the place. Sometimes you just gotta follow your curiosity, right?
