So, I got super into this whole Cyberpunk thing, right? It’s got this crazy day-night cycle, and sometimes you just want to skip to the good part. I mean, who wants to wait around in a game? Not me. So, I started digging around to figure out how to fast forward time.
First, I tried just messing with the in-game menus. You know, hitting buttons and hoping for the best. Turns out, there’s this “Skip Time” thingy, usually hiding in the bottom left corner. But get this: sometimes it just doesn’t work. Annoying, right? Then, I remembered someone telling me about sleeping in games to pass the time. And guess what? It worked! I found my character’s bed and boom, I could choose how long to sleep, even just a couple of hours.
- Tried clicking around in-game
- Found “Skip Time” option, but it was inconsistent
- Remembered the “sleep to pass time” trick
- Located the bed in-game and used it
While I was at it, I also wanted to brush up on the game’s story. I mean, I felt a bit lost with all these names and places, especially this Johnny Silverhand dude. So, I went on a little online adventure and found some videos that explain the whole Cyberpunk world. Super helpful, because honestly, I was pretty clueless before.
This whole experience taught me that sometimes, the most obvious solutions are hidden in plain sight. Plus, sleeping in a game is way easier than in real life, right?
Sharing is Caring
I thought it was pretty cool, so I decided to share my little adventure with you guys. Maybe it’ll save you some time, or at least give you a good laugh. After all, who doesn’t love a good gaming shortcut? Plus, sharing stuff is what I do. Just like those folks who talk about their work. We all have our own experiences, and sharing them is part of the fun.
Hope you enjoyed my little story. Keep on gaming, folks!
