Both teams were showin’ off what they could do, but the Warriors just edged out the Kings by a few points. That don’t mean the Kings didn’t fight though—they always do, no matter what the scoreboard says.
The Warriors’ big stars showed up in that game too. Curry was out there doin’ his thing, hittin’ them long-range shots. Thompson had some nice moments, and Green was workin’ hard on the defense. But I gotta say, them Kings, they didn’t back down. Fox and Sabonis were out there pushin’ hard. Even though they lost, they sure showed they could hang with the Warriors.
When you look at the stats from these games, you’ll see how close things can get. In that October game, Curry was the top scorer for the Warriors, hittin’ some real clutch shots in the final minutes. He ended up with over 30 points, and that’s no surprise. Klay chipped in too with some big threes. On the Kings’ side, Fox led the charge, puttin’ up 28 points and really pushin’ the tempo of the game. Sabonis was grabbin’ boards and assistin’ left and right, which helped keep the Kings in the game.

With players like Fox, Sabonis, Curry, and Thompson, you can bet there’s gonna be a lotta fireworks on that court.
