Okay, so I saw this thing popping up all over my feeds – “Delta Force: Hawk Ops” is doing an alpha test. And, you know me, I gotta jump in and see what’s up. So here’s how it went down, from start to finish.
Getting Started
First, I hunted around for where to actually sign up for this alpha. Took a bit of digging, ended up on some official-looking website. I entered my Email and some other info.
Waiting Game is ON
After signing up ,it is just waiting. and waiting. Refreshing my email every five minutes, you know the drill. Finally, I got this email saying, like, “Congrats, you’re in!” I literally jumped up.
Downloading and Installing
This part was a bit of a pain.I get this code and go to the platform to activate it.
The download itself? Huge. Took, like, a solid hour, and I thought my old computer was gonna give up the ghost. But, we made it. Installation was smooth enough, thankfully.
- Opened the launcher thing.
- Clicked “Install”.
- Waited… and waited…
Figuring Out the Timer
Now, the tricky part – the timer. I heard some issues related this timer.I started the game,and try to find the timer.
I finally find this timer.I made some screenshots, and just jumped into a match.
The Aftermath
I’ll keep messing around with it. I am so exciting about this game!
