Okay, here’s my story about De’Aaron Fox versus Ja Morant, hope you like it!
So, I was messing around online the other day, looking at some basketball stats, you know, just killing time. And I got into this whole thing about De’Aaron Fox and Ja Morant. Those two are some seriously good players, right? I mean, they’ve got skills for days.
First, I dug into some of the games where Fox went off, you know, scoring like crazy. Turns out, the dude’s had 16 games where he’s dropped 40 or more points! That’s insane! Then, I started reading about Ja Morant. That guy’s been in the news a lot, not always for good reasons, sadly. But, there is no denying, he’s a beast on the court, always going hard and flying through the air.
I found this one game where Fox had only 19 points, and they lost. Turns out, Morant was not playing that game, he sat out with a hurt ankle. I also came across some comments online. People love to debate who’s better, and someone said something like “Ja Morant is who De’Aaron Fox thinks he is.” I mean, come on, that’s just mean. Both are good, let’s just agree on that. Anyway, I started comparing their average points.
I saw that Fox was averaging around 23.2 and later I saw that he was averaging 23.7 points per game. Morant, on the other hand, was at 21.7. Pretty close, right? I decided to look at the other numbers too.
- Assists: Fox was dishing out about 6.1 assists per game. But, Morant? That guy was averaging 8.
- Rebounds: Fox was pulling down around 3.9 rebounds a game.
Here’s where it gets a bit more interesting:
I spent a good chunk of my afternoon just diving into these stats. It’s crazy how much info is out there. I probably should have been doing something more productive, but hey, it was fun! And it really made me appreciate just how talented these two players are. They are both amazing players, but in their own ways.
That is how I spent my time yesterday, lol.
