Alright, so yesterday I decided to dive into the “Corsair Cup” tournament in Monopoly GO. I saw that it started on May 23rd and only lasted for a day, ending on the 24th. Sounded like a quick and fun challenge, so I went for it.
First off, I noticed there were 30 milestones in this tournament. Each one had a reward, and the idea of getting all those rewards really got me going. I started playing and quickly realized that this wasn’t going to be a walk in the park.
Here’s a bit of what I did:
- Rolled a ton of dice: I mean, it’s Monopoly, so dice rolls are everything. I was aiming to hit specific milestones to unlock rewards.
- Collected sticker packs: These are always fun. Each pack I got felt like a mini-victory.
- Grabbed some pickaxe tokens: These were part of the rewards too, 104 of them to be exact, and I was stoked each time I got one.
The tournament had 30 levels, and I was determined to hit each one. I spent a good chunk of my day glued to the game, trying to get those 4,000 dice and other goodies. It was a grind, but a fun one. I was placed in a group with 49 other players, and the competition was fierce. Everyone was clearly aiming for the top spot.
By the end of the day, I managed to reach all 30 milestones. Felt pretty good about that. Got my 4,000 dice, four sticker packs, and those 104 pickaxe tokens. It was a solid haul for a day’s work.
My Thoughts
Honestly, it was a blast. Monopoly GO tournaments are always a good time, and the Corsair Cup was no exception. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for more of these events. It’s a great way to kill some time and get some cool rewards in the process. If you’re into Monopoly GO, I’d say give these tournaments a shot. You might just enjoy the grind as much as I did.
