Okay, so I was digging into the College World Series, and I got curious about the umpires. Like, who are these guys? How do they get chosen? So, I went down a rabbit hole, and here’s what I found out, shared from my own experience:

First, I started with a simple search. I just typed in “College World Series umpires” and browsed a bunch of stuff.
Then,I tried to figure out the selection * is Not like they just grab some random folks from the stands!
Next I Spent some time reading some rules, and I also found some forums where people were discussing about * were great to learn more details.
My Process of Figuring This Out
- I started simple, just typing things.
- I looked at a bunch of official-looking * is So hard.
- I read articles, rules, and forum posts – basically, anything I could find!
- Then focused on specific umpires.
I Spent much time to figure out how to be an umpire.I Searched and found:
- Must have some serious experience.
- Need high-level ratings.
- Work a bunch of conference tournaments, regionals, and super regionals.
I did my best to learn everthing!
