Alright, alright, let me tell ya ’bout this here… thingy. This “Way of the Primaveral Blade,” they call it. Sounds fancy, don’t it? But lemme tell ya, it ain’t all sunshine and roses. More like weeds and rocks, if ya ask me.
So, first off, they tell ya to go to this “Aurum Alley.” Sounds like some fancy-pants place in the city. Never been to a city myself, too much hustle and bustle for my taste. But anyways, they say go there for a “promised duel.” A duel! Like them fellas in them old-timey movies. Only this one’s got problems, big problems.
The Problem with this Duel
They tell ya to go fight this fella named Skott. Sounds tough, right? Well, maybe he is, maybe he ain’t. Can’t rightly say, seein’ as how he ain’t ever there! Yep, you heard me right. Nowhere to be found. They send ya to this practice dummy thing. Like I got time to be smackin’ around a dummy! I got real work to do, ya know? Chores and such. This ain’t no game for me like some of them youngsters.
- They say he might be at Aurum Alley, but he ain’t. I looked! Twice!
- They got this marker thingy that keeps tellin’ ya to go up and down stairs. Like I’m some kinda yo-yo! Up, down, up, down. Makes a body dizzy, it does.
And that ain’t all, no sirree. There’s this other quest, “Out of Reach,” they call it. Just as buggy as a fly in a honey jar. Same darn problem! Markers tellin’ ya to switch floors, but nothin’ happenin’. I solved the puzzle, opened the treasure, but it’s still all messed up. Makes a body wanna just throw their hands up and say “to heck with it!”
This Whole “Primaveral Blade” Thing
Now, this here “Primaveral Blade,” it’s some kinda event, they say. Part of somethin’ called “Saga of Primaveral Blade.” Sounds like a whole lotta fuss to me. They got all these missions, like “Way of Primaveral Blade: Seizure” and “Way of Primaveral Blade: Swordspar.” Same ol’ story, though. Go to Aurum Alley, engage in the duel. But Skott’s still missin’! Like a lost sock in the washin’ machine.
They got this fella named Jiaoqiu involved too. Sounds like a troublemaker, if ya ask me. Plannin’ somethin’ “despicable” with laxatives, they say. To make Skott lose the duel, I guess. But how’s he gonna lose if he ain’t even there? Makes no sense, it don’t.
And then there’s talk of rewards. Somethin’ called “Eidolons” for this girl named March 7th. Never met her, but they say it makes her stronger. I don’t know nothin’ about that. All I know is, this whole thing’s a mess.
My Two Cents
Look, I ain’t no fancy city folk. I’m just a plain ol’ body tryin’ to get by. And when somethin’s broke, it’s broke. This here “Way of the Primaveral Blade” is broke. They need to fix it, plain and simple. Stop messin’ around with these markers and dummies and find this Skott fella. Then maybe, just maybe, we can have a proper duel.
Until then, I’m gonna stick to my chores. At least I know what I’m doin’ there. No fancy names, no missin’ fellas, just good ol’ work. That’s the way I like it.
So yeah, that’s my take on it. Bugged. That’s what it is. Bugged.
