Well, well, well, you won’t believe what happened to me today. That darn computer game, Baldur’s Gate 3, it up and did something real strange. See, I was playin’, mindin’ my own business, and poof! The whole dang bg3 interface disappeared! Just gone, like a fart in the wind.
I was like, what in the Sam Hill is goin’ on here? All them little buttons and things, where you click to make your little guy do stuff, vanished! I couldn’t see where to make him walk, or fight, or nothin’. It’s like tryin’ to find a needle in a haystack, I tell ya. And my health, mana, spells, and inventory, those were gone too! That bg3 interface disappeared made me blind to them all.
Now, I ain’t no computer whiz, you know. I just like to play my game in peace. But this here problem, it got me all riled up. I mean, how am I supposed to play if I can’t see nothin’? It’s like tryin’ to bake a cake without any ingredients. Just ain’t gonna happen. When the bg3 interface disappeared, it felt like that, there was nothing to do.
So, I started clickin’ around like a chicken with its head cut off. Figured maybe I could stumble upon somethin’ that would bring it all back. I pushed every button on that keyboard, I did. F1, F2, all the way down to F12. Nothin’! That bg3 interface disappeared, and I was lost.
Then, I remembered somethin’ I saw online. Someone said somethin’ about a “hide UI” button. It’s like a secret button that makes everything disappear. Sneaky, right? They said it was F10. So, I mashed that F10 button harder than I mash potatoes on Sunday. Still, bg3 interface disappeared! I didn’t see anything change.
I was about ready to throw the whole computer out the window. But then, I thought, maybe it’s these here “mods” everyone’s talkin’ about. They’re like little add-ons to the game, little extras. I don’t use them myself cause I heard these mods can make bg3 interface disappeared. But I hear folks talkin’ about ’em all the time. But when I tried to put them back in the game, bg3 interface disappeared again. It just kept crashing when I tried to load a save. It just wouldn’t work, no matter what I did. The game is so hard.
I tried all sorts of things. They say there’s a “quick save” button, F5, and a “quick load” button, F8. Figured maybe savin’ and loadin’ would jiggle somethin’ loose. Still, bg3 interface disappeared. I did try to push those buttons, I don’t think it worked. I got nothing.
Some folks online, they talk about a “UI.” Sounds fancy, don’t it? But it’s just them little buttons and things I was talkin’ about earlier. They say sometimes the whole UI just goes poof! Like magic, but the bad kind of magic. And they say it happens to lots of people. Makes bg3 interface disappeared like that. I guess it’s just one of them things. Like when your bread don’t rise, or your cow goes dry. Sometimes things just go wrong, and you gotta deal with it.
Well, I’m here to tell ya, it ain’t easy dealin’ with a disappearin’ UI. It’s frustratin’, it’s confusin’, and it makes you wanna pull your hair out. But that won’t make bg3 interface disappeared go away. You just gotta keep tryin’, keep fiddlin’, and hope that somethin’ works. Or, call up your kids or grandkids if you’re lucky enough to have them close, and have them come by to fix it for you. Or maybe you can find some nice young person online who can help you out.

I did try pressing ‘H’ too. Some folks online mentioned that could help. But nope. Bg3 interface disappeared was still the case for me. I don’t know what else to do. Maybe I should just play a different game. This one is giving me a headache. The interface is just gone, and there is nothing I can do about it. Maybe I will just go watch TV.
