Okay, so I’ve been meaning to do this for a while, and today I finally got around to sorting out my thoughts on Dean Ambrose’s best matches. You know, Ambrose, that guy from The Shield? Yeah, that dude. He’s had some killer bouts, and I wanted to jot them down, mostly for myself, but hey, why not share the love, right?
So, first off, I had to rack my brain and think back to all the matches I’ve watched. I started by making a list of all the opponents he’s faced. We’re talking big names here, like John Cena, AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, even Triple H. Man, thinking about those guys, there are so many moments! I grabbed a notebook and just started writing down names, any match that popped into my head. It was a mess, honestly, just a bunch of names and events scribbled all over the place.
- Remember that time with Roman Reigns? They were like two peas in a pod. Best Friends, right?
- Oh, and after WrestleMania XXX, when Evolution got back together? That was wild!
- And don’t even get me started on that match against AJ Styles for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. What a showdown!
After I had my messy list, I tried to remember how I felt during each match. I used to take notes during the matches, and I went to find them and used them as a guide. That was a trip down memory lane, let me tell you. Some of those matches were so intense! My notes were all over the place, some were just one word, like “Intense” or “Awesome.” Others were more detailed. I tried to rank the matches, but it was tough. They were all good in their own way. It was like, “This one was great because of the story, this one was great because of the moves,” and so on.
The Comeback and the Aftermath
Remember when he left WWE for a bit after that injury? I thought it was the end. I was trying to follow him and see what he would do next. There was talk about creative differences and all that. He was talking about how they screwed up his character. My friend used to think the same. It felt like he was being underused, you know? I even looked up some stuff about Lex Luger, who apparently had the longest reign ever—523 days! Crazy, right?
Shield vs. Team Hell No and Ryback
Okay, I know everyone talks about this one, but seriously, how could I not? Has there ever been a more impressive debut? They were such a force to be reckoned with. The energy, the teamwork, it was just something else. I had to rewatch it, just to make sure I wasn’t imagining things. I remember watching it for the first time and getting out of my seat. It was wild. You have to admit, they really knew how to make an entrance.
Finally, I narrowed it down to a few top matches. It wasn’t easy, and I’m sure I missed some good ones, but these are the ones that really stuck with me. I ended up making a whole new list, this time in order, with little notes about why each match was great. I felt pretty good about it. It’s not perfect, but it’s a start. And who knows, maybe I’ll revisit this list later and make some changes. It’s all a work in progress, right?
So, yeah, that’s my process. It was a bit chaotic, but it was fun. Wrestling’s all about the memories, isn’t it? And Ambrose, man, he sure gave us some good ones. I had to do it and I am glad I did it.
