Okay, so, I’ve been grinding Apex Legends Season 22 like crazy lately. I really wanted to see what team comps are killer this season. It’s a whole new ball game with the changes, you know? So, I jumped into some serious testing with my squad.
First off, I tried to understand the new ranking stuff. They changed how much your kills and assists are worth depending on where you finish. Basically, the higher you place, the more each kill is worth, which is kinda cool. And if you’re really good, you can be an Apex Predator, which is like the top 750 players. That’s insane! I also noticed that where you end one season affects where you start the next. Gotta aim high, right?
Experimenting with Legends
Now, onto the fun part – the Legends. I heard Seer is a beast right now. He can stop enemies from using abilities and healing, which is huge. So, we gave him a shot in a few matches. It was wild seeing enemies panic when they couldn’t heal or use their skills. Definite game-changer there.
Then I saw this video talking about Valkyrie, Horizon, and Crypto being a great team. We decided to test that out. Man, the mobility with Valkyrie and Horizon, plus Crypto’s recon? It was insane. We were all over the map, getting the drop on squads and controlling the field. It felt like we had eyes everywhere.
Another one I stumbled upon was using Lifeline and Loba for folks who are into the new LP system. It was a totally different playstyle, more about staying alive and looting smart. We played a few rounds with them, and it was surprisingly effective. Loba’s Black Market is a lifesaver for getting the best gear, and Lifeline’s heals kept us going.
- I also read about team compositions specifically for E-District. That place is a hotspot, so we tested a few different setups there. It’s all about finding that sweet spot for your squad’s playstyle.
- A friend suggested Catalyst and Conduit, which was a bit different from what I usually go for. But hey, why not? We gave it a shot, and the synergy between them is pretty awesome. Conduit’s ability to give temporary shields is a big deal, especially in those intense fights.
- And then there’s the whole idea of having someone on your team who’s in charge of “resets.” That’s to counter stuff like Gibraltar’s ult or Mad Maggie’s drill. I tried taking on that role, and it’s tough but rewarding. You really gotta protect your team.
We also experimented with duos, and Conduit seems like a must-have there. That temporary shield thing is just too good to pass up. We spent a few hours just running duos with different combos, and it’s a blast.
So yeah, that’s what I’ve been up to in Apex Legends Season 22. It’s been a wild ride of trying out different Legends, figuring out the new ranking system, and just having fun with the squad. This season is shaping up to be a great one, and I’m here for it! I recommend everyone to give it a try. I believe everyone will have a great time!
