First, I looked up his recent performance. Turns out, he’s been kinda all over the place. He lost a couple of matches at the United Cup, which wasn’t a great start to the season. But then, I saw that he made it to the final of the European Open. Not bad, not bad.
Then, I checked out some head-to-head stats. Apparently, he’s gonna play against some dude named Holger Rune in Brisbane. People are saying Rune will probably win, but I don’t know, man. Lehecka seems like he could pull off an upset. He is 3rd seed and Rune is 5th seed.

My Prediction
So, here’s what I think. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say Lehecka might actually do better than people expect. He’s had some ups and downs, sure, but he’s shown he can compete with the big boys. I wouldn’t be surprised if he wins a few matches he’s not “supposed” to win. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens, huh?
