You know what? I heard some folks talking about that Brown vs Santos thing. Sounds like a big deal, you know? Two fellas, Brown and Santos, they gonna fight. I don’t know much about these things, but it sure sounds exciting.
Brown and Santos, They’re Gonna Fight
This Brown fella, and that Santos guy, they’re gonna have a go at it. Heard it’s gonna be this Saturday. Yeah, this coming Saturday, June 1st. That’s what they said. At some place called, uh, Prudential Center. In Newark. Sounds fancy, huh? I don’t know where that is, but it sounds far.
They say it’s gonna be on somethin’ called UFC 302. What’s that? I don’t know. Some kind of fightin’ thing. And this Brown, he’s the favorite, I heard. Means people think he’s gonna win. They put numbers on it, like -184 for Brown. Don’t ask me what that means, it’s all mumbo jumbo to me. And Santos, he’s the underdog. That means they think he might lose. His number is +148. More mumbo jumbo.

What’s This UFC Thing?
This UFC thing, I hear it’s some kind of big fightin’ show. They got all these fellas, beatin’ each other up. Sounds rough to me. But people like it, I guess. They pay good money to watch it. My grandson, he watches it all the time. Gets all excited. Jumping around and yelling. I tell him to calm down, but he don’t listen.
This Brown vs Santos fight, it’s part of this UFC 302 thing. Sounds like a big deal, with lots of fights. I don’t know all the names. But this one, they say it’s on the main card. Whatever that means. Must be important, I guess. To be on the main card and all.
These Young Folks and Their Fighting
These young folks, they like their fighting. In my day, we didn’t have all this. We had work to do. No time for watching people beat each other up. But times change, I guess. Now they got all these fancy shows, and big screens, and people payin’ good money to watch.
This Brown fella, he must be tough. To be the favorite and all. And Santos, he must be brave. To fight even though people think he might lose. I don’t know. It’s all beyond me. But it sure is something, ain’t it?

They call it a welterweight fight. Don’t ask me what that means. Something about how much they weigh, I think. They gotta be a certain weight to fight. Like 170 pounds, or something. I don’t know. It’s all too complicated for me. I just know they’re gonna fight, and it’s gonna be a big show.
This Brown vs Santos, it’s got people talking. Even me, and I don’t know nothin’ about these things. But it’s exciting, I guess. Two men, gonna fight it out. See who’s the best. It’s like something out of an old movie. But it’s real. And it’s happening this Saturday.
