They even went to the playoffs 18 times in those 20 years, and won their division 13 times. Folks ’round here were mighty proud, I reckon.

Even though it’s been a while, you can’t take away what them Cowboys done achieved. Five Super Bowl wins, that’s somethin’ to be proud of. And eight appearances? That’s more than a lot of teams. And even though they ain’t been to the Super Bowl in a while, they still got a whole lotta fans, folks like me who remember the good ol’ days and still wear that star with pride. And who knows, maybe one of these days, we’ll get to see them Cowboys back on top, winnin’ another Super Bowl. That sure would be somethin’ special.
