Alright, let’s talk about this Jeremiah Trotter Jr. and his family, you know, the football folks. Heard a whole bunch of stuff about ’em, so I figured I’d try and make sense of it all, the way I see it.
Jeremiah Trotter Jr.’s Momma and the Family
First off, real sad thing, Jeremiah Jr.’s momma, Tammie, she passed away in 2023. Cancer, they say. Bad stuff, that cancer. Took her too soon, real shame. Jeremiah Sr., the daddy, he was heartbroken, you could tell. Posted somethin’ online, all about how much he loved her, how she was beautiful. And them boys, Jeremiah Jr. and Josiah, they must be missin’ her somethin’ fierce. And there’s an older brother or sister TreMil, must be hard on them too. Family’s important, you know? Losing your momma, that’s a hole in your heart that never really fills up.
Jeremiah Trotter Jr. and Football
Now, this Jeremiah Jr., he’s a football player, just like his daddy. His daddy, Jeremiah Sr., he was a big deal for the Philadelphia Eagles, Hall of Fame and all. So, football’s in their blood, I guess. Jeremiah Jr. and Josiah, they both played linebacker in high school. Tough boys, gotta be, playing that position. And wouldn’t you know it, the Eagles, they drafted Jeremiah Jr. this year. Third round, they say. That’s somethin’, huh? Coming home to play for the same team his daddy did. Must make the old man proud, even with the missus gone.

Following in His Daddy’s Footsteps
It’s gotta be tough, you know, following in your daddy’s footsteps when your daddy’s a legend. People expect things from you. But Jeremiah Jr., he seems like a good kid. Hard-working, they say. And his momma, she must have been proud of him. I read somewhere, somebody said somethin’ about how she was dedicated to her family. You know, like she put them first, always. That’s how mommas are supposed to be.
Jeremiah Trotter Jr. – A New Beginning
So, Jeremiah Jr.’s got a lot on his plate. New team, big expectations, and dealing with the loss of his momma. But he’s got his family, his daddy and his brothers, and they’ll stick together. That’s what families do. And I reckon he’ll do just fine. He’s a Trotter, after all. Tough as nails, those Trotters.
Remembering Tammie
And even though Tammie’s gone, she ain’t forgotten. Jeremiah Sr. made sure of that, talking about her online and all. And Jeremiah Jr., I bet he carries her with him every time he steps on that field. He’ll be playing for her, you know? For his daddy too, but mostly for his momma. That’s how it is with boys and their mommas.
Well, that’s about all I got to say about it. Just a family, tryin’ to make their way, same as the rest of us. Football just happens to be their way. And they’re doin’ alright, I’d say. Just gotta keep on keepin’ on, like we all do. Life throws you curveballs, you just gotta swing.
