Alright, let’s talk about them golf fellas, the ones who win all the time. You know, the big shots on the PGA Tour. Folks keep askin’ me, “Who’s got the most wins?” Well, lemme tell ya, it ain’t so simple.
Sam Snead and Tiger Woods, that’s who. Them two, they both got 82 wins. Yep, 82! Can you believe it? That’s a whole lotta winnin’. Don’t matter how you slice it, that’s a heap of trophies. I reckon they musta got big houses to keep ’em all.
Now, some folks say Tiger, he’s somethin’ special. And he is, no doubt about it. He’s got all them fancy moves and that powerful swing. People love watchin’ him play. Even this old lady can see he’s got a knack for it. But Sam Snead, he was somethin’ else too, back in his day. They say he had a swing smooth as butter.

I ain’t so sure, seems like winnin’ is winnin’, but them majors must be somethin’ special.

Not as much as the big boys, but still somethin’ to be proud of, I reckon. And a bunch of others, they got 17 or more wins. That’s still a lot, you know? More than most folks ever dream of. It’s hard work, all that golfin’. Gotta be walkin’ around all day in the sun.
Some folks even talk about a fella named Byron Nelson. Now, he didn’t win as many times overall, but he did somethin’ amazing one year, back in 1945. Won 18 times! And 11 of them in a row! Can you imagine? Win after win after win! Nobody’s ever done that before or since. That’s gotta count for somethin’, right? Sounds like he was on a lucky streak or somethin’. Maybe he ate a special breakfast that year.
And let’s not forget about the young fellas. There’s this Scottie Scheffler, he’s winnin’ a bunch now too. Got 16 wins already, and he’s still young. Maybe he’ll catch up to Sam and Tiger someday, who knows? Golf is a funny game, you never can tell what’s gonna happen.
So, if you ask me who’s got the most PGA Tour wins, I gotta say Sam Snead and Tiger Woods. They tied, you see. But there’s a whole lotta other great golfers out there too, with plenty of wins to their name. It ain’t just about the number, it’s about playin’ the game and doin’ your best. That’s what I always tell my grandkids, anyway.
And that’s all I gotta say about that. Don’t get your knickers in a twist about who’s the best, just enjoy the golfin’. It’s a good way to spend an afternoon, watchin’ them fellas hit them little white balls. Better than doin’ laundry, that’s for sure.
