Well, let me tell ya, this thing called the “Spring of the First Dewdrop” ain’t somethin’ you just stumble upon every day. If you’re lookin’ for it, you’ve probably already heard about it from them younger folks, like them fancy ones playin’ that game Genshin Impact. But if not, no worries, I’ll explain it in my way, nice and simple. Just sit back and listen, alright?
Now, this Spring of the First Dewdrop, it’s somethin’ special you’ll find in Fontaine, in that place they call Morte Region. It’s a pretty far place from where we are, but if you’re playin’ that Genshin game, you’ll know it’s a spot where you can gather these little droplets, like tiny pearls floatin’ under water. Now, don’t go thinkin’ it’s easy to get to them. You gotta dive down under the water and find ‘em near this big ol’ tower called the Ipsissimus. But it ain’t like it’s just one or two, no sir. There’s a whole lotta them little drops, sittin’ in the water all around that tower.
So, here’s the trick—if you’re gonna collect all these dewdrops, you gotta know where to look. They like to hide in the water, around the Ruined Tower, mostly. There’s a lot of them, but only in certain spots. Some might be floatin’ around in big shells, like some kind of treasure. Other times, you might just find ’em bobbin’ in the water all by themselves. And lemme tell ya, they ain’t all just sittin’ there waitin’ for you to scoop ‘em up. Some are tough to get to, like hidden deep in the underwater caves or right under them big ol’ rocks. So, don’t get too mad if you miss one or two on your first round. Take your time!
If you’re lookin’ for the best way to grab all 86 of ‘em—yes, 86, I counted—there’s a real good route for collectin’ them. I’m tellin’ ya, you don’t wanna be wastin’ time goin’ all over the place, so I’m gonna give you the rundown. Start in the main area around the Tower of Ipsissimus, and make sure you search underwater nice and slow. You’ll find about 71 of ‘em hangin’ around permanent spots, but there’s 15 that you can only grab once. So don’t go thinkin’ you can just keep comin’ back to those places! Once you’ve grabbed ‘em, they’re gone.
Also, if you got your hands on one of them Teyvat maps they keep talkin’ about, that’ll help too. You can see all the little spots marked where the dewdrops are. But even without that, you should be fine as long as you swim around the right areas. Keep your eyes peeled, ‘cause they’re not always easy to spot, especially when they’re under big ol’ rocks or in a shell you might miss.
Now, I’m gonna tell ya something important. This Spring of the First Dewdrop, it’s not just for looks or fun. You’re gonna need them little drops for all sorts of things. I don’t know exactly what you’ll use ‘em for in that game of theirs, but I reckon they got a purpose, or else they wouldn’t be floatin’ around there so much. So, it’s worth the effort, trust me. Go get ’em, get all 86, and you’ll be mighty proud of yourself!
So that’s about it, y’all. Don’t go rushin’ around. Take your time, dive deep, and get all them dewdrops you can find. And remember, it’s all about patience—just like fishin’ in the ol’ pond back home. Sometimes you gotta wait for the good stuff to come to ya. Good luck out there!
