Okay, so yesterday I was totally stressing out. Huge Ohio State game coming up, and I had NO idea where to watch it. Like, seriously, panicking. Here’s how I figured it out:

First, I hit up Google. Just typed in “what channel can i watch the ohio state game on“. Super basic, I know, but you gotta start somewhere, right?
A bunch of stuff popped up, mostly sports websites and articles. I skimmed through a few, but they were all talking about future games or giving general info. Not helpful for today’s game.
Next, I tried to remember if I had any sports channels in my cable package. Dug through my cable provider’s website – ugh, what a mess. I swear they make it confusing on purpose. Finally found a channel guide, but it didn’t list the game. Strike two.
Then I remembered my friend Sarah is a HUGE Ohio State fan. I texted her: “Dude! Where are you watching the game?!”
She texted back instantly: “It’s on FOX tonight! Channel 28.”

YES! Simple as that. Channel 28, FOX. Problem solved.
But just to be double-sure, I went back to Google and searched “FOX channel number [my city]”. Found a local listing that confirmed it was Channel 28.
So, lesson learned? Sometimes the easiest solution is just to ask a friend. But also, double-check everything! You never know when the channel lineup might change.
Now I’m all set with my snacks and ready to cheer on the Buckeyes! Go Bucks!
