Okay, so today I’m gonna ramble about something kinda random: the Jose Altuve house thing. I got super curious after seeing something online about where baseball players live, and Altuve’s name popped up. I mean, the dude’s a legend, right? So naturally, I started digging.

First thing I did was hit up Google, like you do. I was trying to figure out, does he have a place in Houston? Or does he chill somewhere else during the off-season? Turns out, he had a spot in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. Some fancy building called Jade Signature. Sounds expensive, right?
I started trying to visualize it. I saw it had three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The listing I saw mentioned it was on the 47th floor. Forty-seventh floor! I can barely handle being on the second floor of my apartment building. Must have an insane view.
Then I went down a rabbit hole trying to figure out how much these places cost. I couldn’t find the exact sale price for Altuve’s unit (those rich folks are good at keeping that stuff private), but I saw similar condos in that building going for millions. Like, serious millions. Made me feel poor real quick.
After I figured out the Miami thing, I was still wondering about Houston. It makes sense he’d have a place there, considering he plays for the Astros. I did some more digging and found some stuff about other Astros players living in some ritzy Houston neighborhoods. I saw something about Lance McCullers Jr. living in River Oaks.
Of course, I then got distracted looking at pictures of River Oaks mansions. Back to Altuve! Still couldn’t find a definitive “this is Altuve’s Houston house” kind of thing. I guess he likes to keep that part of his life a bit more private, which is totally fair.

In the end, I didn’t find all the answers I was looking for. But it was still fun snooping around (virtually, of course!) and imagining what it’s like to live the baller life. It makes me want to be rich, but I still love baseball.
