Okay, so I wanted to make a cool quote image, you know, the kind with a nice background and some text on it. I’ve seen those KSI quotes floating around, and I figured I’d try making one myself. It’s called “ksi qoute” I think.

First, I googled “KSI quotes” to find some good ones. I found a bunch, but I wanted something short and punchy. I ended up picking one that I liked.
Next, I needed a background image.I wanted something that would fit the vibe of the quote. I went to an image I saved long * I pick one I think its great.
Now, for the actual creation part,I opened up * might sound too basic, but it’s what I’m comfortable with, and I can do simple stuff pretty quickly in it.
- I created a new document.I wasn’t too worried about the exact size, just something roughly rectangular.
- I dragged in the background.
- I resized and positioned the background image to fill the canvas the way I wanted.
- Then, I added a text layer. I typed out the KSI quote I’d chosen.
- I played around with fonts for a while. Finding the right font always takes me the longest! I wanted something bold.
- Once I had a font I liked,I played with colors.
- Finally, I added a bit of a drop shadow to the text to make it stand out a little more.
After a few more tweaks to the text position and size, I was pretty happy with it! I saved it as a JPG, ready to share. It’s not super fancy, but it’s my own creation, and that’s kinda cool.I mean, I could have probably used some online quote maker, but where’s the fun in that? I learned a bit more about playing with text and images, and that’s always a good thing.
