Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into Honkai: Star Rail lately, and let me tell you, the grind for Trailblazer materials is REAL. I wanted to share my experience, and hopefully, this helps some folks out there.
I started by figuring out exactly what I needed. I mean, obviously, you want to level up your Trailblazer, duh. But which materials? And how many? For that I needed to look in the game, I used the in-game navigation, and checked my inventory.
My Trailblazer Ascension Material Hunt
First I checked what materials were, then I started the journey to get them.
- I checked the requirements for each ascension level. It’s a mix of “Shattered Blade,” “Lifeless Blade,” and “Worldbreaker Blade,” along with those “Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster” things and some credits. The higher the level, the more you need, naturally.
- Then, I focused on the Calyx (Crimson): Bud of Destruction. This is where you farm those Blade materials. It’s in the Outlying Snow Plains area.
- I just started grinding, it took a lot of time, so, I created a routine and every day I used all my Trailblaze Power there. I mean, A LOT.
- For the “Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster” items, I headed to the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Destruction, located in the Base Zone.
Finally, I had everything, it was great!
It’s a long process, no quick way around it, but seeing that power level go up is super satisfying. Good luck to my fellow Trailblazers, it a great game!
