Okay, so I wanted to mess around with the lighthouse in “Wuthering Waves”. I’d heard some chatter online about it, and, well, I’m a sucker for a good in-game puzzle. So, I booted up the game and headed straight for the coast.
First thing I did was just run around the area. I figured getting a lay of the land was a smart move. I scouted the perimeter, looking for anything that seemed interactable or, you know, puzzle-like.
My First Steps
I noticed these weird… energy things… floating around. They looked kinda like orbs, and they definitely weren’t just background decoration. I tried interacting with them, shooting at them, everything. Nothing. Okay, plan B.
Then I spotted the actual lighthouse structure. It had these, like, plates on it. Different colors, looked important. I figured they had something to do with the orbs, maybe reflecting energy or something. So I started experimenting. I’d pick up an orb – turns out you just walk into them – and then try to position myself so the light beam would hit the plates.
Getting Warmer
- Found the energy orbs.
- Noticed the colored plates on the lighthouse.
- Experimented with positioning to reflect the energy.
It took some finagling, I’m not gonna lie. A lot of running back and forth, adjusting my angle a tiny bit at a time. Some of the orbs were hidden behind rocks, or up on little ledges, so I had to do some climbing and exploring too. Seriously felt like a treasure hunt.
I started to get the hang of it. One color would activate, then I’d have to find the next orb and line it up with the next plate. It was all about angles and patience. My thumbs were getting a workout, that’s for sure.
Success!
Finally, after what felt like forever (probably, like, 20 minutes), I managed to activate all the plates in the right sequence. Boom! The lighthouse did… something. I think it opened up a new area, or maybe it was a chest. Honestly, I was so focused on the puzzle itself, I kinda forgot to check what the reward was. But hey, I solved it! Feels good, man.
