Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “paladin yacht” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey. I started out with absolutely no clue what I was doing. Seriously, zero knowledge.

First, I spent, like, a whole afternoon just trying to figure out where to even begin. Googled a bunch of stuff, watched some videos… mostly confusing, to be honest.
Then, I started digging. Found some forums where people were talking about different approaches. That’s where I began to see how to do things, step by step.
The Actual Building
Step 1: Get the stuff. Sounds obvious, right? But figuring out exactly what stuff I needed was a pain. Ended up making a few trips back to get supplies because I kept forgetting things.
- Got new tools and prepare them all.
- Get the wood, screws, all that jazz.
Step 2: Start cutting. This was… an experience. Wood went everywhere. Measured twice (or, let’s be real, sometimes three or four times) and still managed to mess up a few cuts. Good thing I bought extra.
Step 3: Putting things together. Slowly but surely, I started assembling the pieces. It was like a giant, complicated puzzle. Some parts fit perfectly, others… not so much. Had to do some creative problem-solving, let me tell you.

Step 4: The “Oh Crap” Moments. There were definitely a few times where I thought I’d completely ruined everything. Like when I accidentally drilled a hole in the wrong spot. Or when I realized I’d put two pieces together backwards. But, you know, you learn from your mistakes. And you use a lot of wood filler.
Step 5: Finishing Touches. Finally, after what felt like forever, I got to the point where I could actually see the thing, and I did it! Sanding, painting, all that good stuff. Makes a huge difference, let me tell you. It actually started to look like something presentable.
So, yeah, that’s my “paladin yacht” adventure. It was messy, frustrating, and took way longer than I expected. But honestly, it was also kind of awesome. I built something with my own two hands, and that’s a pretty cool feeling. Would I do it again? Maybe. But I’d definitely buy more extra stuff next time… just in case.
