I found an article talking about it. And guess what? According to their source, someone “very close” to Vince, he’s NOT looking to start another wrestling promotion.
Apparently, and this is what the article said, he’s got other business ideas, but wrestling isn’t one of them. So, I guess that settles that, at least for now.
