Yo, what’s up, guys! It’s your boy back again with another story. So, last night was wild, and I just gotta share this with y’all. I was watching the Usyk vs. Dubois fight, and man, what a rollercoaster that was!
It all kicked off in Wroclaw, Poland. A buddy of mine told me that this was promoted by K2 Promotions, in association with Queensberry or something. I wasn’t really paying attention to that part, though. Anyway, I grabbed some snacks, got comfy on my couch, and tuned in. This Ukrainian beast, Oleksandr Usyk, was putting his heavyweight titles on the line against this British dude, Daniel Dubois. I heard Usyk was some big shot in the cruiserweight division before, so I was kinda curious to see how this would play out.
The first few rounds were kinda slow, with both guys feeling each other out. I was just chilling, munching on my popcorn, waiting for something to happen. Then, bam! In the fifth round, Dubois landed this punch on Usyk that had him down on the canvas. I was like, “Whoa, what was that?” The ref, Luis Pabon, immediately called a timeout. It looked like a low blow to me, and Usyk was taking his sweet time getting up.
- Honestly, I thought the fight was over right there.

I heard some people saying that Usyk was trying to make Dubois his fifth win over British boxers. And the fight was in Poland, but there were a lot of Ukrainians in the crowd, which was pretty cool. I also read somewhere that Dubois was talking about some other fight with a guy named Joseph Parker. I don’t know much about that, but it sounded interesting.
Anyway, long story short, the fight continued, and let me tell you, it was intense! Both guys were throwing bombs, and the crowd was going nuts. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, yelling at the TV like a madman.
