I checked all over, but it was like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Turns out, this Expert Jewel 4 is locked behind something called Anomaly Ranks, or AR for short. The higher your AR, the better your chances. I spent hours, days even, grinding those anomaly quests. Each one was a slog, battling these super-charged monsters, hoping that maybe, just maybe, this jewel would drop.
I killed a ton of high rank monsters, thinking maybe I missed something easy. Nope. Nothing. I even tried joining other people’s lobbies, hoping they were at a higher rank and could help me out. Still nothing. It was frustrating, to say the least.

Finally, after what felt like forever, I hit AR241. And guess what? I finally got access to craft this elusive Expert Jewel 4. It wasn’t a drop, mind you, but a new crafting recipe. I had to gather some rare afflicted materials, but man, it was worth it.
So, yeah, that’s my story of chasing down the Expert Jewel 4. It was a grind, a real test of patience. But in the end, I got it. And now, my build is finally complete. Feels good, man. Feels real good.
