Okay, so I wanted to figure out who won the major golf tournaments in 2023. It’s something I’ve been meaning to do, and I finally got around to it.

First, I started with a simple search. I just typed in “2023 golf major winners” and saw what popped up. There were a few names that I recognized, but I wanted to get the full picture.
Then, I decided to dig a little deeper. I started looking at different websites that listed the winners of each major tournament. I found out that there are four major tournaments: the Masters, the PGA Championship, the U.S. Open, and The Open Championship.
- The Masters was won by some guy named Rahm.
- The PGA Championship was won by Koepka.
- The U.S. Open was won by a player called Clark.
I also learned that these tournaments have been around for a long time. Like, the U.S. Open started way back in 1895! That’s ancient!
As I was researching, I also stumbled upon some interesting facts. Did you know that only 16 golfers have ever won two majors in the same year? One of them just did it in 2024, a guy named Xander Schauffele.
And speaking of great players, I read a bit about Tiger Woods’ amazing year in 2000. That dude was on fire! He won a bunch of tournaments and his stats were insane.

Anyways, that’s how I spent my afternoon – learning about the 2023 golf major winners and discovering some cool facts along the way. It was a fun little project, and now I’m all caught up on my golf knowledge!
